We commit to correcting any discrepancies if an item is not as portrayed, though we emphasize that every piece is handpicked, stored, and packaged with dedication by American labor. Costs incurred during this meticulous process remain fixed.

Warranty Tracking:

Each item's warranty is secured and tracked via an NFT minted at the time of sale.

Shipping and Handling:

For customers not local to our facilities, a $9.99 shipping and handling fee is required prior to sending a return shipping envelope.

Return Policy:

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

We are here to assist you in managing the ownership transition smoothly.

Future Charges for NFTs: Currently, the NFTs are provided free of charge as an added value to your purchase. However, looking ahead, CCC plans to introduce a fee for the creation of these 100% unique, one-of-a-kind NFTs that accompany our charms.
